Once your order has been placed, we aim to dispatch and deliver your items within 7–10 working days.

UK Orders

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD, with a standard delivery charge of £4.99. A signature is required upon delivery. If you’re not home, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule or collect your parcel.

International Shipping
We’re happy to ship worldwide — please contact us directly for international delivery options and pricing.

Important Delivery Notes

  • During peak times (e.g. wedding season, holidays), delivery times may be extended slightly. If any delays arise, our customer service team will keep you informed with timely updates.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering.
  • If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it wasn’t collected from the courier depot, re-delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Please note that due to our items being personalised we do not offer returns or exchanges on our items. So please make sure that the correct size(s) are ordered, text colours are correct and personalised names are spelt correctly.

As all of our items are personalised, we’re unfortunately unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please make sure that you check sizing, text color, and spelling of any names before placing your order. If you have any questions or need help before ordering, we’re always happy to assist!

Faulty Goods

We’re happy to accept returns on personalised items only if there is a fault with the product or if an error has been made on our part. If you believe there’s an issue, please get in touch with our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order so we can help resolve it.

Regrettably, we’re unable to accept claims made after this 14-day period. Please note that we reserve the right to inspect and, where appropriate, repair any faulty items before offering a replacement or refund.
